Take customer orders politely and accurately. 2. Serve chaat items to customers. 3. Reheat pre-prepared food items as per SOP and serve fresh. 4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop and serving area. 5. Handle customers in a friendly and professional manner. 6. Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations. Requirements 1. Basic communication skills (Malayalam; English is an added advantage). 2. Friendly, honest, and responsible. 3. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. 4.
