What You'll Do:
Drive market growth and expand business footprint across territories
Identify untapped markets and new growth opportunities
Own territory P&L; and drive sales performance.
Develop and execute impactful sales strategies
- ️ Ensure operational excellence and resolve escalations efficiently
Build a solid culture of ownership, accountability & performance
What We’re Looking For:
️ 5–9 years of Sales / Inside Sales experience ️ Proven expertise in market development & business expansion ️ Experience in P&L; management and process optimization ️ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments ️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ️ ️ Bachelor’s Degree
WFO - 6 days working with rotational off; includes Saturday & Sunday working
