Job Description :-

- Regular computer / server / printer hardware installation, maintenance by running full diagnostics and hard drive surface / file system check, procurement and call logging / follow-up whenever necessary with hardware vendors.

- Regular network hardware installation, maintenance, procurement and call logging / follow-up whenever necessary with hardware vendors. Coordination with ISP (internet service providers).

- Regular telecom hardware / facilities installation, maintenance, procurement and call logging / follow-up whenever necessary with hardware vendors. Regular computer / server / printer software installation / updates (all auto updates must be switched off) and proper configuration of the same.Various network devices configurations, firewall maintenance, NAT configurations and VPN configurations.

- Maintaining asset database on a continuously updated fashion, warranty management, AMC management, full life-cycle procurement processes and vendor development / management.
