Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer Coordinator to manage coordination between clients, design teams, vendors, and execution teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution from concept development through final delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, robust project coordination abilities, and a sound understanding of interior design processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and client teams to ensure seamless project flow.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, materials, and deliverables.

Client Management

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Documentation & Design Coordination

- Manage project documentation including drawings, BOQs, specifications, and approvals.
- Track revisions and maintain updated project records.
- Ensure all design information is communicated accurately to relevant stakeholders.

Vendor & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors regarding material selection, samples, procurement, and deliveries.




- Liaise with site teams to ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
- Monitor site progress and report project status regularly.

Quality & Timeline Management

- Track project timelines and identify potential delays.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards throughout project execution.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of design or execution challenges.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding of interior design terminology and project workflows.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Diploma in Interior Design will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with interior design firms, architects, or turnkey project companies preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
