We are looking for an experienced and organized Junior Accountant/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in basic computer operations and should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Also a major plus to have knowledge of monthly GST filing and be able to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date office records.
- Efficiently operate and complete daily tasks on computer software.
- Supervision of day-to-day office tasks and reporting at the end of the day.
- Handle and manage all day-to-day cash expenses.
- Responsible for all daily sales of cylinders and dealing with customers face to face.
- Manage daily customers and cash transactions.
- Preparation of necessary monthly reports for senior management.
- Train and supervise office staff.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in office management.
- Fluent in computer operations, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
