Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Write compelling, error-free copy for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, emailers, brochures, and promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and implement content strategies.
- Research industry trends and develop engaging, audience-focused content.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar and formatting.
- Present videos, product explainers, corporate communication, and promotional content confidently on camera.
- Create scripts for video shoots, reels, interviews, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video production teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels.
- Edit and proofread content before publication.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement where required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategies.
- Meet content deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Delivery of high-quality content within deadlines.
- Accuracy and grammatical excellence in all written content.
- Audience engagement on video and written content.
- Creativity and originality in campaign ideas.
- Brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in English content writing, copywriting, or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for videos and promotional content.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Experience with AI writing tools and content management systems is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
