- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules within Oracle EBS and their integration with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for software development.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Financials in a production environment.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
