Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with medical professionals to ensure the protected, effective, and economical use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Ensure correct dosage and administration of prescribed medications.
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed drug therapies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance and drug information to doctors, nurses, and patients.
- Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions with the medical team.
- Maintain up-to-date records of medication history and adverse drug reactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on medication usage and potential side effects.
- Manage and audit medication inventory, expiry, and storage standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
