Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Area Sales Manager/ RSM/BSM/ Telecaller TL based in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and achieving sales targets. The roles and responsibilities are for business loans only and as follows.

1. Generate leads through own sourcing.

2. Ability to handle the team or having owned team.

3. Responsibility for Target Achievement with team.

4. Able to handle the default.

5. Time management with target.

6. Open to travel as per business requirement.

7. Performance Management .

8. Handle P & L A/c.

Qualifications

Experienced @ 4- 5 years from Same banking, NBFC in which we are dealing.

Verified from banking only. Related to banks/NBFC or financial Instituions.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of sales performance and meeting targets





Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles

Experience in managing a sales team and building strong customer relationships

Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in BL only

Must Have Brokerage Team & Sales Team

Salary Rane- 1,00,000 pm approx.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
