We are seeking a Financial & Inventory Analyst to support business decision-making through financial, purchase, and inventory analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, analyzing financial and inventory data, monitoring stock movement, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory utilization, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

The ideal candidate should have a robust finance background with hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance, revenue, expenses, profitability, and working capital.
- Conduct purchase analysis, including vendor performance and purchase cost variance.
- Analyze inventory, stores, and warehouse data.
- Monitor moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and dead stock.
- Prepare inventory aging, stock turnover, and stock valuation reports.
- Perform stock reconciliation and inventory variance analysis.
- Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.




- Extract and analyze accounting and inventory data from Tally ERP.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Work closely with Finance, Purchase, Stores, and Operations teams to improve inventory control and business performance.

Required Qualifications

- MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of experience in Finance, MIS, Inventory Analysis, Purchase Analysis, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
