Job Title: Accountant Executive
Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST preparation and filing, TDS, Professional Tax, Tally, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Perform complete bookkeeping and maintain ledgers.
- Prepare GST data and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Reconcile GST records with purchase and sales data.
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns.
- Handle Professional Tax (P-Tax) deductions and return filing.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.




- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in GST preparation and filing
- Strong knowledge of TDS and Professional Tax
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/TallyPrime
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, etc.)
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
