- Supervise and manage the security guard team across assigned shifts.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate posts to security personnel.
- Monitor guards’ attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure security standards are maintained.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
- Train and guide recent security guards on duties and emergency response.
- Coordinate with clients, management, and local authorities when required.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and visitor management.
- Investigate security breaches, thefts, or suspicious activities and take appropriate action.




- Maintain daily occurrence logs, shift reports, and other security documentation.
- Ensure all security equipment is functional and report any maintenance issues.
- Conduct toolbox talks and regular briefings with the security team.
- Enforce discipline and resolve conflicts among security staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
