Job Title: Store Manager

Experience: Minimum 4 Years as Store Manager

We are hiring experienced Store Managers for retail operations in Thrissur . Candidates should have solid experience in store operations, sales handling, team management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations
- Handle sales team and staff coordination
- Monitor stock, inventory, billing, and store activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and store KPIs
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising
- Prepare sales and inventory reports
- Resolve customer and store-level issues efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Knowledge of billing software and inventory management
- Target-oriented and responsible candidate preferred

Pay: ₹35,443.00 - ₹40,677.05 per month
