Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ICD Incharge to oversee the complete operations of our Inland Container Depot (ICD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in rail logistics, ICD operations, cargo handling, and team management. This leadership role requires a professional with high standards of discipline, integrity, accountability, and the ability to efficiently manage people and operations while ensuring secure, smooth, and efficient terminal performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the overall ICD operations and terminal management.
- Manage rail logistics, including rake planning, rake handling, and indent planning.
- Coordinate and liaise with Railway officials for smooth operational activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Oversee container handling operations while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead ground-level planning and execution to ensure uninterrupted terminal operations.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, safety, and compliance standards.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization,



and operational excellence across the terminal daily.
- Prepare operational reports and support business planning and decision-making.
- Effective warehouse management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of experience in ICD, Container Terminal, Rail Logistics, or Port Operations.
- Knowledge of Reach Stackers or equivalent equipment used in ICD/Container Terminal operations.
- Proven experience in managing complete ICD or terminal operations.
- Strong knowledge of Rail Logistics, Rail Operations, Rake Handling, and Indent Planning.
- Hands-on experience in cargo handling and inventory management.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing field operations and large operational teams.
- Excellent communication in both English and Hindi.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

Preferred Age: Not more than 40 years.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per day
