Role Overview

Experience Required - 2 to 4 years

You will be responsible for creating both visual designs and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for our restaurant brand. Your work will directly impact customer engagement, footfall, and online orders.

This is a hands-on creative role where speed, trend awareness, and consistency matter more than perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design daily social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories)
- Create promotional banners (offers, combos, festivals)
- Design menus, flyers, and in-store branding materials
- Maintain brand identity (colors, fonts, style consistency)

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short videos
- Capture food, ambience, and customer experiences
- Add trending music, transitions, captions, and hooks
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (reels, stories, ads)

Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager
- Suggest creative ideas based on trends




- Plan weekly content shoots

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

- Reel views & engagement (likes, shares, saves)
- Creative performance in ads (CTR, conversions)
- Content output consistency (daily/weekly delivery)
- Brand consistency across all creatives

Required SkillsMust-Have:

- Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (at least one robust)
- Video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of Instagram trends & reels format
- Basic mobile videography skills

Good-to-Have:

- Food photography experience
- Knowledge of lighting & composition
- Motion graphics basics

- Fast executor (not overthinking every design)
- Trend-aware (knows what works on Instagram)
- Creative but also practical
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
