Core Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with frontier AI developers and AI infrastructure teams
- Create technical content that showcases advanced agent development patterns
- Develop and share best practices for agent system architecture
- Represent Engenia at technical conferences and AI developer events
- Gather deep technical feedback from the developer community
- Identify emerging patterns and needs in agent development
- Shape our platform's evolution based on developer insights

Required Experience:

- Hands-on experience building AI systems or developer tools
- Track record of technical community building
- Strong technical communication skills
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools
- Understanding of developer platforms and ecosystems
- Public speaking and technical presentation experience
