- Supervise daily site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Review and approve contractor work as per project requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of work within the approved budget.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.
