Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic executive with hands-on experience in Bidscube, Adtelligent, and in-house platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oRTB, VAST, Prebid, Header Bidding, and GAM, along with a proven track record of delivering profitable results. You will be responsible for platform performance, client communication, and strategy development to ensure sustainable business growth across all programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Optimization:

- Manage and optimize campaigns across Bidscube, Adtelligent, and in-house platforms to maximize profitability.
- Oversee the setup and execution of programmatic campaigns using oRTB, VAST, Prebid, and Header Bidding technologies.
- Maintain and grow profitable business relationships on all platforms through strategic optimization and performance monitoring.

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement actionable strategies to improve performance, enhance monetization, and scale business opportunities.
- Leverage industry trends and data insights to recommend innovations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify and onboard new direct sites and direct demand partners to strengthen inventory and demand sources.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

- Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Industry Knowledge & Collaboration:





- Stay updated on the latest trends in programmatic advertising, including advancements in oRTB, VAST, and related technologies.
- Utilize industry connections to explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Full Platform Ownership:

- Take complete ownership of platform performance, including campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
- Enjoy taking charge of challenges, troubleshooting, and driving results with a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience with Bidscube, Adtelligent, and in-house programmatic platforms.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oRTB, VAST, Prebid, Header Bidding, and GAM.
- Industry Connections: Well-versed with direct site integrations and managing direct demand relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and execute data-driven optimizations.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communicator, capable of fostering strong client relationships and managing expectations.
- Results-driven: Proven ability to maintain and grow profitable business across platforms.
