Assistant Coordinator – Elementary Years (Grades 1–4)

About the Role

Chisel Montessori School is looking for an Assistant Coordinator to support our Elementary Programme (Grades 1–4). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child development and believes that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and guided.

As the bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Elementary Programme while supporting the holistic development of every child. Your responsibilities will include student mentoring, classroom observations, documentation, teacher support, parent communication, and coordinating day-to-day academic and operational processes.

We are looking for a candidate with experience as a Coordinator in a Cambridge or progressive school, or a Master's degree in Psychology with excellent communication, observation, and organizational skills. If you enjoy working closely with children, collaborating with educators, and building systems that help children thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
