We are looking for a proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Content, Design, Video, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Assign, monitor, and follow up on daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Track multiple marketing projects and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding pending tasks and project updates.
- Maintain project timelines, calendars, and work trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor team productivity and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing,



Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and reporting skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Operations) is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working with digital marketing or e-commerce teams will be an added advantage.

Working Days & Timings

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
