Job Opening – Sr. GSA (F&B; Service)
Location: Luxury Resort Unit, Wayanad

We are looking for a Senior GSA – F&B; Service to join our team at our luxury resort in Wayanad. The ideal candidate should be experienced, service-oriented, and possess a strong passion for learning and growth in the field of Food & Beverage service.

Job Description:

- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Ensure guests are serviced within specified time.
- Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.
- Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
- Record transaction/ orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order.




- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience as a Waiter.
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
