Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution of work, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workforce, and ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor execution of civil, structural, finishing, and related works as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained at site.
- Check material usage, manpower deployment, and productivity.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE at site.
- Monitor work schedules and support timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations.




- Coordinate with subcontractors and labour teams for execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Good supervision and workforce management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality and safety practices.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands-on site execution experience are encouraged to apply.
