Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inquiries, explaining our products and services, and ensuring a professional customer experience for both walk-in visitors and phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Explain the company's interior products and services in a clear and knowledgeable manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through courteous and qualified communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Follow up with prospective customers when required.




- Maintain accurate customer records and inquiry details.
- Support the showroom team in daily operational activities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment.

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, interview performance, and relevant experience.
