Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, safety, and resident satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards.

Experience

5 – 8 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations of assigned residential projects.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, DG, STP/WTP, firefighting, and other building systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control teams.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, service contracts, and operational budgets.
- Ensure statutory, fire, and safety compliance.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records,



reports, and asset documentation.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operational issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Facility Management.
- 5–8 years of facility management experience, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
- Must be willing to relocate to Mangalore.
