Role Overview

We are hiring a Finance and Account Manager – GST, Taxation & Compliance to manage and strengthen the company’s accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial control functions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role involving end-to-end accounting, GST and Income Tax compliance, ERP-based financial management, banking coordination, and supporting internal finance processes within a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & GST Compliance

- End-to-end GST compliance — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, and audits
- Income Tax filings, assessments, and handling of tax notices
- TDS, TCS, and all statutory compliance within deadlines
- Liaison with consultants, auditors, and tax authorities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Maintain accurate books of accounts daily
- Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Support account finalization and audit processes

Banking & Financial Relationships

- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Coordinate with channel and consumer finance partners
- Handle banking operations, credit limits, and documentation

Control Accounting & Monitoring

- Monitor and control company expenses and cost structures
- Track receivables, flag bad debt exposure, and follow up on outstanding payments




- Maintain strong internal financial controls

ERP & Systems Management

- Hands-on work in Odoo, SAP, or Tally ERP — entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and generate MIS summaries from ERP
- Coordinate with IT/ERP teams as needed

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with the internal accounts staff for a smooth workflow
- Support leadership in improving finance and compliance processes
- Work collaboratively with the internal team, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day operations

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts, GST, Taxation, and Compliance
- Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or trading companies preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
- Ability to independently manage accounting functions
- Team handling or coordination experience preferred
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent preferred

Language Requirements

- Fluent English is mandatory
- Hindi or Telugu preferred
