- Translate business requirements from HR teams into Avature solutions
- Partner with HR Technology architects and product owners to define design patterns and best practice
- Provide subject matter expertise on Avature capabilities and constraints
Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience
- Provide L3 support for the Avature platform
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and the vendor
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements
- Maintain appropriate access controls

o Talent pooling and CRM engagement
o Early careers and graduate programme management
o Internal mobility / redeployment workflows
