Operate and monitor IBR/Non-IBR boilers as per SOPs and statutory guidelines. Maintain optimum steam pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption. Perform routine inspection of boilers, pumps, valves, pipelines, condensate systems, and safety devices. Conduct boiler start-up, shutdown, blowdown, and water treatment activities. Maintain daily utility logbooks, shift reports, and operating records. Monitor boiler water quality and coordinate with the QA/QC team for testing. Carry out first-level preventive maintenance and report abnormalities immediately. Ensure uninterrupted steam supply to production, HVAC, purified water, and other utility systems. Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns and planned shutdowns. Maintain proper housekeeping in the boiler and utility area. Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, fire safety, and statutory regulations. Participate in emergency response activities and safety drills.
