Requirement - Quality engineer (Civil)

Location: Gadag - Karnataka

Qualification- B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Scope of Work-

1. Ensure the execution of the Projects meets as per SRIPL

approved FQP, MQP, SOP, Guidelines and quality

requirements.

2. Quality inspection of all incoming equipment’s &

materials and review test results.

3. Highlight Deviations/ Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

and share to Project manager, EPC contractors &

Quality Manager and ensure closure without

compromising Quality, performance and Reliability.

4. Reviews and verifies project documents for

completeness, format, and compliance with contract

requirements/regulatory requirement.

5. Coordinates with EPC contractors for Establishment of

Quality lab and others quality test requirements.

Ensure Calibration of the measuring equipment's and

prepare their record.

7. Understanding & interpreting the requirement and details

of the contract drawings and specifications.

8. Inspecting the work according and fill the quality

checklists in line with approval quality Plan.

9. Ensure that EPC Contractor and Equipment Suppliers

maintains QA/QC documentation as required to meet

Contractual Requirement and positive practice.

10. Witness the Site Preliminary activities like Geo tech,

Topography survey, Pull out, Lateral test, ERT test.

11. Ensure implementation of QA/QC requirements and CTQ





at every stage of process where applicable.

12. Ensure the execution of the Projects meets as per SRIPL

approved FQP, MQP, SOP, Guidelines and quality

requirements.

13. Identify scope of improvement in QA processes and

First-Time-Right (FTR) performance.

14. Initiate & Ensure implementation of best practices to

achieve 100% FTR at each stage of execution without

any rework.

15. Report quality issues, open points, Punch points to

Project Manager, EPC contractors & Quality Manager

and monitoring with EPC contractor for closing promptly.

16. Review EPC Contractor quality control documentation

and procedures and provided recommendations for

improvements and keep record of duly signed copy.

17. Perform Risk Assessment for the Projects. Identify, list,

evaluate and ensure necessary actions are planned to

mitigate the risks.

18. Circulation on Mis on Compliance Tracker Material

inspection and NCR tracking along with Monthly QHSE

Performance.

19. Circulation of DQR and Site Inspection reports as per

approved FQAP and tender compliance.

Experience- Minimum 8 to 10 Years hand on experience in Solar site

Civil work /construction activity( With Experience in Solar Tracker system).
