Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team at K K Product. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tally operations and possess expertise in MS Office applications. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally software.
- Manage invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve efficiency in accounting processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Tally Operator or similar role.




- Proficiency in Tally software is essential; familiarity with GST filing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent typing speed with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
