JPARKS India Pvt. Ltd. is a regulatory compliance and EXIM consultancy in Navi Mumbai. We help importers and exporters across India with IEC, DGFT, ICEGATE, AD Code, IGCR, and EPR compliance (Plastic, E-Waste), along with end-to-end trade documentation.

We're hiring an EXIM Operations & Business Development exectuive to run sales, client onboarding and the day-to-day operations of our consulting engagements, and to be the first point of contact for clients after they sign on.

What you'll do:

- Own client onboarding after a deal closes: documentation, KYC, account setup, and clearly walking the client through next steps
- Coordinate delivery of EXIM compliance services (IEC, DGFT, AD Code, ICEGATE, EPR, IGCR), liaising between clients and our compliance team
- Run client calls, updates, and follow-ups with confidence and professionalism
- Track and move client work to stay ahead of deadlines and keep cases progressing
- Provide light accounting support: assist our accountant with data, invoices,



and documents, and share information with our CA as needed (you will not be responsible for finalising books or filing returns)

Who you are:

- Organized and process-driven; comfortable owning operations and follow-ups end-to-end
- A clear, confident communicator on calls and in writing; genuinely client-facing, not back-office
- Quick to learn regulatory and trade-compliance workflows (full training provided)
- Comfortable with basic accounting and Excel/Tally (enough to support, not to run the books)
- Fluent in English

Qualifications (preferred): B.Com / Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce, Finance, or related. Prior EXIM, shipping/logistics, customs, freight-forwarding, CA-firm, or client-coordination experience is a solid advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
