Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Officer/Safety Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-rise residential buildings, Mivan aluminium formwork construction, and RCC works. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices to ensure a safe working workplace and compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the project site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company safety policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and contractors.
- Monitor work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical safety activities.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare safety reports, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness at the site.




- Monitor safety compliance during Mivan formwork installation, RCC works, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain a safe work environment.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety.
- Experience in at least one complete high-rise residential project.
- Hands-on experience in projects using Mivan aluminium formwork is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
- Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and standards.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of HSE management systems and safety audits.
- Experience in preparing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in any discipline (Civil preferred).
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent safety certification is preferred.

- Strong leadership and observation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to enforce safety standards and promote a positive safety culture on site.
- Experience in high-rise residential construction projects is highly preferre

Pay: ₹11,956.21 - ₹45,693.48 per month
