We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and update financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices, billing, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST calculations, returns, and compliance filing.
- Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Process employee expense claims, vendor payments, and petty cash.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting,



and financial analysis when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of payroll processing (added advantage).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹115,373.74 - ₹200,000.00 per year
