Your role includes continuous interaction with various teams to refine application features and contribute to the overall project success through thoughtful design and requirement analysis.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within software solutions.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software applications tailored to business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect financial systems with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
