Designation: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Preferred Qualification: Commerce Degree (Graduate / Postgraduate)

Preferred Work Experience: 2 years+

Remuneration: ₹30000 - ₹40000 per month

Job Description

· To maintain entries in Tally Prime as per invoices, dispatches, purchases, production, and inventory.

· To lead Accounts team in filing GST Returns, E-Way Bills, Statutory Compliances like PF, Income Tax Returns, Job Work entries, Import & Export entries etc.

· To maintain inward and outward entries of stocks accurately.

· To learn our in-house customized ERP software and maintain accurate entries in the same.

· Check and verify vendor bills and explicit payments on time.

· Payroll management of Employees.

· To prepare and maintain a Finance Dashboard and share regularly with directors.

Required Skills





· Candidate should have knowledge of Tally Prime Software as well as Microsoft Office.

· Should be able to demonstrate expertise in accounting relates areas such as GST returns, E-Way Bills, Statutory Compliances, Income Tax Returns, Balance sheet formation etc.

· Candidate should have good typing and mathematical skills.

· Demonstrate good coordination ability and effective communication skills.

· Flexible, street-smart approach – ready to work in a humble yet fast growing environment.
