Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior SQA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. You will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts, writing and executing test plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases
- Perform manual and automated testing of backend APIs, frontend UI, and integrated workflows
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage
- Create and execute regression, smoke, sanity, load, and performance tests
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for current releases and major product updates
- Implement and manage automation frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Selenium, Cypress)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, accessibility, and usability
- Mentor junior QA testers and help refine QA processes and best practices

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years testing Laravel web applications




- Strong understanding of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and reporting
- Experience with RESTful API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Insomnia)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar UI automation tools
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB or other QA certification
- Experience with security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
- Familiarity with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6)
- Background in agile/Scrum methodologies
