About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer & Developer who can design high-quality visuals and also implement them on websites. This is a hybrid role requiring both design excellence and development capability, especially on WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design

- Create modern, high-converting website designs using Figma
- Design user-friendly layouts, landing pages, and funnels
- Focus on user experience, conversions, and clean UI principles

2. Graphic Design (High-Level)

- Create advanced designs using:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Full Adobe Creative Cloud
- Design assets for ads, social media, and branding
- Maintain high visual standards and brand consistency

3. WordPress Development

- Convert designs into fully functional websites using WordPress
- Build responsive, fast-loading pages
- Work with themes, builders, and custom layouts

4. Custom Development

- Implement custom designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Modify themes and plugins as needed
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation from design to live site

Requirements





- 2–5 years experience in UI/UX + web design & development
- Robust portfolio showcasing high-quality design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Hands-on experience building websites in WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

- Experience with landing page builders (Elementor, Webflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of conversion-focused design (funnels, CRO)
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Basic animation/motion design skills
