About the Role

At Venturesathi, we are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Tender Management Executive who can take complete ownership of the bidding lifecycle. This role goes beyond documentation — you will actively identify high-value opportunities, collaborate across teams, and represent the company in key client interactions. Key Responsibilities

1-Tender Discovery & Tracking

- Identify relevant opportunities across GeM, CPPP, state portals, private platforms, and global databases
- Maintain a real-time tracker of tenders, deadlines, and eligibility criteria
- Analyze opportunities aligned with company capabilities

2-Bid Preparation & Submission

- Review tender documents and coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal)
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance documents, and credentials
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids (online/offline)
- Manage EMDs, bank guarantees, and related documentation

3-Client Engagement & Representation

- Travel for pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender discussions
- Represent VentureSathi at government offices,



client locations, and industry events
- Handle post-submission follow-ups, negotiations, and clarifications

4- Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain a structured database of all bids, outcomes, and insights
- Share regular pipeline updates and conduct win/loss analysis
- Ensure all registrations, certifications, and compliance documents are up to date

Requirements

- MBA / Master’s in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering / bid management
- Hands-on experience with e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.)
- Exposure to international tenders (World Bank, ADB, UN) is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel and represent the company independently
