Must have: CNC programming, VMC programming, CAD CAM,

Work holding design

· Plan machining sequence and process flow based on component drawing requirements.

· Select suitable work holding methods and machining processes for current component development.

· Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and gauges.

· Create the CNC and VMC programs for Fanuc controllers.

· Perform program corrections and optimize cycle time during trial and production stages.

· Set tool offsets and cutting parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

· Set up and operate CNC Turning Centres and VMC machines (3-axis / 4-axis).





· Carry out machine changeovers including fixture setting, tool loading, offset setting, and tool life monitoring.

· Conduct trial runs and ensure first-off component approval before production release.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.

· Inspect components using measuring instruments first parts of sample.

· Coordinate with production, quality, tooling, and maintenance teams during development activities.

· CNC Programing by using the CAM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
