Your role will include:

1. Fundraising: Execute organization strategies to secure donations, CSR partnerships, and grants.

2. Donor Relations: Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing and potential donors by sharing compelling stories of impact.

A Perfect Fit for Young Professionals (20s & 30s)

· Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (BSW/MSW preferred, but not mandatory).

· Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Freshers with a passion for social work are welcome.

· High energy, self-motivated, and a desire to learn the ropes of social entrepreneurship.

· Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Spoken and Written English).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

A Perfect Fit for Experienced Professionals (45-55 years)

· Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, client relations, or business development (corporate experience is highly valuable).

· A deep understanding of relationship management, strategic planning, and business ethics.

· A desire to "give back" to society by leveraging your network and life experience for a social cause.

· Willingness to travel as required.

· References: Must be able to provide at least 2 good references.

· Logistics: Proficiency in basic computer skills. Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an added advantage.
