1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, deployment, optimization, and governance of public cloud infrastructure. Ensures secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud environments while driving automation, standardization, and operational excellence across enterprise workloads.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage cloud environments, landing zones, and platform services across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Develop and maintain automation using IaC for provisioning and environment standardization.
- Ensure cloud security, identity management, compliance posture, and operational governance across all deployments.
- Optimize performance, availability, capacity, and cost efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvements.
- Execute cloud migrations, re-platforming efforts, and modernization initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues,
perform root-cause analysis, and improve operational stability.
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and application teams to enable cloud-ready solution delivery.
- Maintain reusable templates, automation scripts, and operational playbooks to improve engineering productivity.
