Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Graphics Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating product videos, promotional videos, and supporting graphics that bring our brand and products to life. This role requires robust hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of supporting design tools.

This is a full-time role based in India, with a requirement to work during U.S. shift timings (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST) to collaborate with our global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit product demo videos, promotional videos, and marketing visuals
- Develop engaging graphics, overlays, and motion elements aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing to storyboard and produce campaign-ready creative assets
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, web, internal presentations)
- Manage and maintain an organized portfolio of design assets and video projects




- Stay up to date with design and video editing trends to enhance creative output

Minimum Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva for graphic support
- Strong creative skills in storytelling, visual communication, and editing
- Conversational to professional fluency in English communication (required for comprehension and collaboration)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- Must be available during U.S. shift timings (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior internship or professional experience in video editing / motion graphics
- A strong portfolio showcasing product or promo videos and graphic design work
- Familiarity with creating B2B marketing content is a plus

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on profile and experience).
