Job Summary:
The finance manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for interior and turnkey projects. The role ensures financial discipline across project execution, cost control, vendor payments, and profitability tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Prepare annual budgets and project-wise financial plans
- Monitor budget vs actual performance
- Forecast cash flow requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects

2. Project Cost Control

- Track project-wise costs (materials, labor, subcontractors)
- Ensure cost efficiency and profitability of each project
- Work closely with project and procurement teams

3. Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition for project-based work

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Manage cash flow to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor receivables from clients (especially banks/corporates)
- Plan and control payables to vendors and contractors

5. Compliance & Audits

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



and other statutory regulations
- Handle internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

6. Vendor & Contract Financial Management

- Review vendor contracts from a financial perspective
- Monitor payment terms and cost implications
- Evaluate subcontractor financial performance

7. MIS & Management Reporting

- Provide MIS reports to management on project profitability
- Analyze financial data for decision-making
- Suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvements

8. Team Management

- Lead and guide the accounts/finance team
- Ensure proper internal controls and processes

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience (preferably in interior, construction, or project-based industry)
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and project accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Positive analytical and leadership skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
