We are looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network devices.




- Install and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems.
- Perform onsite visits for installation, maintenance, and technical support.
- Assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and laptops.
- Provide remote support to customers using remote assistance tools.
- Document service reports and update support tickets.
- Ensure timely closure of customer support requests.
- Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
