Job Title: Finishing Manager – Garments (Export House | Women's Wear)
Location: Noida Sector-83
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end garment finishing operations, ensuring quality, packing, and shipment readiness for women's wear export orders.
- Handle small-quantity and high-fashion production with solid attention to garment presentation, measurements, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Merchandising, and Packing teams to achieve on-time dispatch as per buyer requirements.
- Monitor final inspection, pressing, thread trimming, tagging, packing, and compliance with export quality standards.
- Lead the finishing team, optimize productivity, maintain finishing reports, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and SOPs.
