Location: Mohali, Phase 8B
Working Days: Monday to Friday (In office)
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Salary: 35000-50000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver projects effectively within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges; develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and senior management.




- Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
