Key Responsibilities::

* Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and construction projects.

* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.

* Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.

* Supervise site activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

* Prepare BOQs, project documentation, progress reports, and completion reports.

* Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.

* Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.

* Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills::

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV, MEP, or Construction Project Management.

* Strong knowledge of:

* CCTV Systems

* Fire Alarm Systems

* Access Control Systems

* Structured Cabling & Networking

* Audio-Visual (AV) Systems

* Building Management Systems (BMS)





* Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination.

* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software will be an added advantage.

* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
