Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Migration Specialist to lead enterprise-wide migration from Zimbra Email to Zoho. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in migration planning, governance, security, Microsoft 365 technologies, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end migration from Zimbra to zoho
- Design migration strategy, coexistence architecture, phased migration plans, and cutover approach.
- Assess existing email infrastructure, dependencies, integrations, and security controls.
- Identify and address security gaps before migration.
- Design and implement DLP policies for Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Prepare HLD, LLD, migration runbooks, rollback plans, and user transition documentation.
- Manage governance, project milestones, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Coordinate with business teams, infrastructure, security, Microsoft, implementation partners, and system integrators.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD Connect), Conditional Access, Intune, and Hybrid Identity.
- Ensure secure migration, compliance, retention policies, and operational readiness.




- Prepare executive dashboards, migration reports, and steering committee presentations.
