Full Stack Developer (C# / React / Node.js /MongoDB )

1–2 Years of experience

- Familiarity with C# (.NET), Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
- Basic proficiency in MongoDB, including CRUD operations.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.

2–4 Years of experience

- Robust experience in Node.js backend development.
- Hands-on experience with C# (.NET) in real-world projects.
- Proficiency in MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
- Working knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices.

4–6 Years of experience

- Experience designing scalable backend architectures.




- Hands on experience in microservices architecture
- Performance optimization (API & DB)
- Security best practices (authentication, authorization)
- Code review and PR Review of juniors
- Mentoring juniors.

6+ Years of experience

- System design & high-level architecture
- Team leadership and project ownership
- Hands on experience on Cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- CI/CD Implementation Experience
- Business requirement understanding & decision making
