Key Responsibilities:Civil Works Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor excavation, RCC work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and site measurements before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Interior Works Supervision

- Supervise all interior fit-out activities including false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, furniture, modular work, wall finishes, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other specialized contractors.
- Verify shop drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Monitor quality of interior finishes and workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare snag lists for rectification.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Architects, Designers, MEP Teams, Vendors, and Site Contractors.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, work logs, and material tracking sheets.
- Attend site meetings and provide execution updates.

Quality Control

- Inspect materials received at site and verify specifications.
- Ensure all works comply with project quality standards.
- Report and rectify any non-conforming work.
- Conduct quality checks before handing over completed work.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure workers follow site safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
