We are seeking a Proposal Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, tender documentation, cost estimation, and coordinating with internal departments to support business development and project acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation.
- Perform cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Prepare technical compliance statements, bid documentation, and presentations.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Good knowledge of:




- Water & wastewater treatment processes
- STP, ETP, WTP, ZLD systems
- Tendering and proposal preparation
- Cost estimation and BOQ preparation
- Technical specifications and P&ID; reading
- Pumping systems, piping, and equipment selection
- Familiarity with EPC/project execution in water industry.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
